BK tanks everything: the map.

For this strategy, I make one use of SI, this being:

Quick Riposte 2 on BK from a 4 star Subaki.

As for Seals, I use:

Close Defense 3 on BK
Hone Spd 2 on Olivia
Drive Def 1 on Wrys

Notes:
BK is a god.
Fjorm's one job is to KO the Lance Fighter after they fight BK. Fjorm could theoretically be replaced by anyone capable of fighting against the Lance Fighter.
That being said, remember that using someone other than Fjorm might tempt the Sword Fliers to go south instead of waiting around to fight BK.
Olivia can be theoretically replaced by any dancer. My Olivia is 5 stars and not neutral, but a 4 star level 1 Olivia could be used instead. For reference, my Olivia is +SPD -DEF.
Following that, Wrys could theoretically also be replaced by any Rehabilitate healer.
While I used it, I do not believe the Drive Def Seal is fully necessary. The Hone Spd Seal however is pivotal to a certain part of the strategy.
Depending on how you leave your units once BK enters the range of the Lance Flier, the Lance Fighter will either travel north or south. Regardless of which way they travel, this strategy still works.
The purpose of the Hone Spd Seal is so BK is not double attacked by the Lance Flier. This is important as it'll allow BK to have Black Luna charged for his fight against Michalis. Only Hone Spd 1 is required as this'll give BK enough speed to not be doubled.
On the second Enemy Phase that involved combat, BK left the Lance Flier at 1 HP. You can be more efficient by moving Fjorm just south of him so he can benefit from his Drive Atk, thus allowing him to KO the Lance Flier on that Enemy Phase.
BK needs Close Defense 2 or higher in order to survive an attack from that Lance Fighter without any other boosts. BK can use Close Defense 1 and survive if he is boosted by Drive Def or a similar skill.
In order to put them low enough to be KO'd on the next turn, BK needs to activate Black Luna against the Lance Fighter.
If you use Fjorm to bait the Lance Fighter instead of BK, she will not leave them low enough to be KO'd on the next turn. If BK somehow has Black Luna ready though, you might be able to secure the KO.
