This 5 minute Pineapple Delight recipe is one of the quickest and most effortless recipes you’ll find anywhere. It is a no cook / bake dessert recipe made with fresh or canned pineapple, fresh cream, gelatin and condensed milk. So delicious!!!

Ingredients:
Pineapple - 1
Fresh cream - 250 ml
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Gelatin
Sugar
Almonds - for garnishing

Method:

* Peel and chop pineapple into small pieces.

* Cook pineapple pieces with sugar in a pan and cook till the pineapple becomes soft.

* Dissolve Gelatin in some water and cook till it dissolves.

* In a bowl, mix fresh cream, Gelatin, condensed milk, cooked pineapple pieces and almonds. Mix well.

* Pour the mixture in a serving bowl and refrigerate till it is set.

* Delicious Pineapple Delight is ready.
