this pakoda recipe without oil can solve your craving problems. This low-calorie snack can be consumed during the evening time.

Oil-free Pakoda
Ingredients:
• 1 cup gram flour
• 1/2 cup semolina
• 2-3 tbsp yogurt
• 1/2 cup raw potato, grated
• 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
• Freshly chopped coriander leaves
• 1/4 tsp ginger, grated
• Salt to taste
• 1 piece green chilly, chopped
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp cumin seed
• 1 tsp red chilly powder

How to make:
1. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, semolina, grated potato, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, grated ginger, salt, chopped green chilly, turmeric powder, cumin seed, red chilly powder, and yogurt, and mix it well.
2. Now add water to make a thick paste. While making oil-free pakora make sure the batter should be thick.
3. Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes uncovered the batter and it's ready to cook.
5. Take the non-stick pan to make an oil-free pakoda and heat the pan on medium flame.
6. Once the pan gets a little hot put small portions of batter into the hot pan just like pakora, cover the lid and cook pakora for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
7. After a few minutes uncovered the lid and flip it again.
8. Cover the lid again and cook for a further few minutes or until it gets golden brown color.
9. Uncovered the lid and keep the flame on medium-high. keep stirring pakora for a minute to get cooked from all sides.
10. Take out oil-free pakora on a serving plate and make the rest of the pakora in the same way.
11. Oil-free pakora is ready to serve.
12. Serve hot with any green chutney or any chutney of your choice.
