anyone who wants to try to build their own, here is the list of parts:
warning: don't try to build this if you don't have any experience with electronics and DYIing stuff.

motors:

this one is the red I used, but it seems the tires are non-replaceable, so the black ones here you can replace the tires

note: I did not test the motors with replaceable tires, but they should be the same, although more expensive.

ESC:

the ESC is a kit already for the 2 feet and with 1 remote included. this is exactly what I bought and used.

Battery:
this is a hoverboard battery. you could use any 36V battery from e-bikes as well. the problem is mainly weight and volume.
hoverboard batteries are compact and have enough energy to have plenty of fun before swapping them.

note: I did not buy this exact battery. I bought my batteries locally. you can find cheaper searching online as well.
the specs are:
36V
10S2P
4400mAh

you can get bigger batteries, but they will not fit inside the frame easily. check the batteries' dimensions before buying.
