Each of our Danish roasters starts with a detailed and thorough design process so that every detail of the machine provides maximum efficiency and results. Each roaster is designed for maximal durability with low maintenance required. However, not only are our roasters designed for maximal efficiency and results, we also pride ourselves on how our roasters look.

We design our roasters, so that they will shine in your roastery and café. Great effort is given in the designing stage, and we want to invite you into that process. Each machine has an inbuilt variable speed motor, allowing change in speed, thus creating a whisper-quiet roaster. The thermal and mechanical stabilizer inside each roaster also allows for continuous production roasting, with ease and consistency

Thermal and mechanism stability makes the continuous roasting process much easier with a consistent results. Danish is a perfect choice for roasting of high-quality specialty coffee.

SEMI AUTOMATED ROASTER
With HARTANZAH logic control panel makes Danish series a very accurately semi-automated coffee roaster. Just select the background roasting profile that you want to duplicate and Danish will roast your coffee bean according to the selected roasting profile.

RAPID COOLING SYSTEM

To cooling of the roasted coffee immediately after coffee bean being roasted is a very important factor in maintaining the taste and flavor of roasted coffee.

HARTANZAH utilizes a powerful blowing motor under the cooling bin that can cool the beans in under three minutes. With unique agitator scrapper shape that able to mixed all the beans to cool uniformly.

There are two options to operate Danish, by selecting the roasting mode to semi-automated or manual mode.

MULTI-STAGE BURNER
We equip our roasters with HARTANZAH burner technology, this technology makes you easy to control the heat input allowing for your desired preference.

This system combined with airflow controls makes it easier to control conduction, convection, and radiation during the roasting process.
