Pennine Way Day 16 - Alston YHA to Greenhead Hostel

The sixteenth day of my through hike of the Pennine Way, from Alston to Greenhead.
This hike is fundraiser for the fantastic service charity Who Dares Cares. Met up with Jay again at Alston station, and chose the gentler route along the South Tyne Trail, a long distance route following the old Haltwhistle branch line to Alston. The weather turned for the second half, in what was quite a long day of around 16 miles.
