While the celebrations are marked by the beautiful unfurling of our tricolored flag, hoisting of kites, enthusiastic patriotic spirits, and an address to the nation given by our Prime Minister, and other state chief ministers as well. Many patriotic events are held across the country and people of all ages participate. While the pandemic may have dampened the spirit of the national holiday, there's no reason to miss out on the significance and celebrations.
