Workplace Wellbeing – A Different Perspective | Frog Systems and Workplace Wellbeing Academy

Описание к видео Workplace Wellbeing – A Different Perspective | Frog Systems and Workplace Wellbeing Academy

This conversation will change your approach to employee wellbeing by helping you to understand the value that Equity, Diversity & Inclusion can bring to your organisation.

As Steven Frost and Raafi-Karim Alidina said in their book ‘Building an Inclusive Organisation’: “Organisations are missing out. The goal is not just about representation. The goal [of any EDI or Business Strategy] is surely business performance, value creation and success.”

Our panel:

Tree Hall, CEO of Charity IT Leaders, an organisation that supports technologists working in the third sector to improve efficiency and productivity. A diagnosis of autism and adhd in her late 40s has made Tree even more passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds to thrive in the workplace.

Shireen Ali-Khan is a communication and engagement specialist. She is the Intersectionality Lead for Women in Transport, a not-for-profit that empowers women working in the transport industry.

Glen Ridgway is the founder of the Workplace Wellbeing Academy who we are delighted to partner with. He developed a model that highlights the benefits of positive wellbeing for employees and the organisations they work for.

This conversation was hosted by Jane Robertson, Director of Content and Communications for Frog Systems, creators of the wellbeing streaming service Ashia.
