Fondant skeleton gingerbread men for Halloween.
In this gingerbread tutorial I show you how to decorate your gingerbread men to look like little skeletons ideal for Halloween. I use Renshaws fondant / roll out icing as well as royal icing to decorate my cookies. You can find a gingerbread recipe below.

Gingerbread man recipe -
350g / 2.5 cups of plain (all-purpose) flour
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp ground ginger
100g / 8 tbsp butter
175g / 1 cup soft light brown sugar
1 large egg
4 tbsp golden syrup
