Zack Hample helping a kid catch baseballs at Yankee Stadium

Things got crazy at this game thanks to some "adult" heckling, so beware! (Seriously, skip 14:25 to 15:00 if you need to protect anyone young and innocent.) But before THAT happened, I ran all over the stadium with a 13-year-old Yankee fan named Jamie. This was part of a "Watch With Zack" game that we did through my favorite charity, Pitch In For Baseball & Softball. Our mission was to snag as many baseballs as possible, and given how crowded it was, I'd say that we definitely succeeded.

Meanwhile, the mission of this charity is to provide baseball & softball equipment to help kids play ball all over the world. I've been working with them since 2009, and I'd be thrilled if you donate to my fundraiser this season:

Basically I'm asking people to pledge money for each baseball that I snag in 2024. You can pledge/donate as little as one penny per ball (which will end up being about a $4 donation), but if you donate at least 10 cents per ball, you'll be eligible to win some really cool prizes including (1) an A2K glove from Wilson, (2) a custom bat from Birdman Bats, (3) an Andrew Vaughn signed jersey, (4) a ball signed by Michael Young, and (5) an Evoshield goody bag. Check out the Pitch In For Baseball & Softball website to learn more about what they do:

This game between the New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox took place on May 17, 2024. The video was filmed by Rachel Messbauer, and it was edited by Zac Gutherman (@zg_films). Thanks for watching!
