During a scene with Carroll Baker, Elaine Stritch forgets her lines ("I'm up"), speaks to someone off camera, then it cuts to black and that's all we see of the episode. After about 10 seconds, the LWT Colour Production slide is shown.

Continuity announcer Peter Lewis apologises ("a technical problem which we are unable to rectify at the moment") over the slide for the next programme.
