[ASMR] INSTANT STRESS RELIEF! | Follow My Instructions, Variety Triggers, Mouth Sounds

Hello my friends :) I hope you are all having an amazing month of March so far!

I’m really excited to be presenting this video to you, as I think it is one of my most thoughtful.. and potent ones to date!

Part of the reason I believe this to be so effective is due to the fact that I, myself, was extremely tired around the time of recording it! I didn’t end up starting the take until around 1:30 AM in the morning, and ended at around 3:00 AM (making this one of my latest filming times!)

If I’m being honest, though, I think my sleepiness only adds to the experience. I know you can really feel the calm energy that I had and although I don’t plan on making it a habit to record videos in this frame of mind.. It makes for an interesting experience!
