This vid just shows my first, flawed attempt to get 99 chests for Wind-Up Lord Vexxos from the 10K Altissia Justice Monster Five machine. I say flawed because I really haven't played this since the last time and so I didn't get much practice. Even though I timed this one for about an hour, I did manage to get it under 39 minutes later on, but that is with skill and LOTS of luck.

Luck is luck. It's like tossing a dice. You can't control it. However, when I say skill, I mean not randomly hitting stuff, but actually changing your token to abuse the weakness of the things you need to kill. This speeds up the process... by a lot. When things die faster, you get to move to the next round faster. This is true especially if you have already open all 4 chests.

Let me give a breakdown of how this game works. A stage has 3 to 4 rounds. The last round will always have boss. Once you defeat the boss, you get a new stage. Every stage has 4 chests that you can open. Once you open them all, it's better to rush through the rest of the stage and get into a new stage so that you can have 4 new chests available.

If you look at it the other way, it also means that you should open all 4 chests before you clear any stage. Unless of course, that stage ONLY has 1 center bumper. For those, it doesn't really matter if you open a chest or not. You can, but don't put so much effort into it. Also, I suggest learning to do some curve hits on the left/right side. These help with hitting the bumpers without touching any of the enemy. It takes effort, but at least you know that you opened all chests before continuing on to the next stage.

In order to open a chest, you must hit the bumpers on the screen. This includes the the bumper in the middle of the screen and the ones on the side. You can tell if this is working based on the bar in the middle of the screen. It slowly fills up and when it reaches the top, it will reward you with your chest. All chests content are random. Sometimes you will actually get nothing (no double/triple icons). In order to get something, there needs to be at least 2 of the same thing.

What you want are the chests. 2 Gold icons means 2 Gold chests and 3 Gold icons means 5 Gold Chests. Ocassionally you also want the Heart as well; which restores some of your token's health. The game also randomly gives you health as you go, but they don't fully restore hp. Everything else is quite pointless.

How I play this game though, is that I don't put too much effort into it. It makes it go by without me caring/noticing. I play this on my computer screen (Video Capture Card), so I have something else to watch/read while I do this. My left hand keeps on tapping X and every minute or os I would look at the life of my current token. If it's under 60%, I would swap it out for something higher. Put effort into it if it's boss round and based on situation. Else, keep tapping.

Yet, if you want to speed up the process (you care about efficiency), I suggest not doing what I'm doing. Weakness abusing can save you minutes and in the long term, maybe even an hour. Why I don't care about efficiency is because I have all the time in the world and RNG is BS. Efficiency doesn't matter to me when RNG plays a huge factor.
