I have always grown up with football in my family and have seen first hand just how much of an impact it can have on the body later in life. Yoga is a great way for you as a footballer to keep your body healthy and also can help to prevent injuries.

Yoga will help you stay mobile, strong and flexible which is the key to a healthy body. Not only this, it will help to keep your mind still and hopefully guide you into a moving meditative state!
