Ingredients / सामग्री:

For the Filling

2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes / 2 कप उबाले और मैश्ड आलू
1 cup boiled and finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans) / 1 कप उबाले और बारीक कटा हुआ मिश्रित सब्जी (गाजर, मटर, बीन्स)
1 small onion, finely chopped / 1 छोटा प्याज, बारीक कटा हुआ
1 green chili, finely chopped / 1 हरी मिर्च, बारीक कटी हुई
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste / 1 छोटी चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds / 1/2 छोटी चम्मच सरसों के बीज
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds / 1/2 छोटी चम्मच जीरा
A pinch of asafoetida (hing) / हींग का चुटकुला
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder / 1/2 छोटी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1 teaspoon garam masala / 1 छोटी चम्मच गरम मसाला
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) / 1 छोटी चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर Salt to taste / नमक स्वाद के अनुसार
1 tablespoon oil / 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped / ताजा धनिया पत्तियां, कटा हुआ

6 slices of bread (white or brown) / 6 टुकड़े ब्रेड (सफेद या भूरा)
Water for dipping bread slices / ब्रेड को डुबाने के लिए पानी

Other Ingredients / अन्य सामग्री:

Oil for deep frying / तलने के लिए तेल

3 tablespoons peanuts / 3 बड़े चम्मच मूँगफली
2 tablespoons garlic cloves / 2 बड़े चम्मच लहसुन कलियाँ
