In this video, we explore the inspiring journey of WWE superstar Bianca Belair. After a premature end to her CrossFit career, Belair entered her information into the WWE prospects database on a whim. Less than two weeks later, she received a message from 20-year WWE veteran Mark Henry offering her a tryout. After two official tryouts, Belair signed a contract with WWE and began her training at the WWE Performance Center.

Belair made her first appearance as "Binky Blair" during an in-ring segment at an NXT live event on June 25, 2016, where she proclaimed herself as the "EST of NXT." She made her in-ring debut on September 29, 2016, and participated in the Mae Young Classic, where she defeated Sage Beckett in the first round.

In January 2018, Belair began an undefeated streak by defeating various competitors including Lacey Evans, Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai, and Deonna Purrazzo. She made her WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania 34 in the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal, but was eliminated by Becky Lynch.

At TakeOver: Phoenix in January 2019, Belair unsuccessfully challenged Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women's Championship. She suffered her first pinfall loss in NXT to Mia Yim on the May 29 episode of NXT. However, she bounced back and participated in a triple threat match to determine the #1 contender for the NXT Women's Championship on the debut episode of NXT on the USA Network.

Belair continued to impress and participate in several matches, including the first-ever women's WarGames match at WarGames on November 23, 2019. She was also part of Team NXT at Survivor Series, where they defeated Team Raw and Team SmackDown in a 5-on-5-on-5 women's elimination match.

At Royal Rumble in January 2020, Belair entered her first women's Royal Rumble match at #2 and eliminated a record 8 other superstars. She faced Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women's Championship at TakeOver: Portland on February 16, 2020, but lost in a valiant effort. Her final match in NXT was against Charlotte Flair on the February 19, 2020, episode of NXT.
