Acro Yoga Challenge - 10 Washing Machines Flow

The idea for this flow was to have a simple main flow but in every position of the main flow you have to do a complete washing machine and you are not allowed to skip one. To make this even more difficult we tried to not have the same position twice.

So here is a list of the main flow and all the washing machines. For some washing machines i don't know the name. If you know the name please leave a comment. :)

Hand Bird - Mermaid
Bird - Catherines Wheel
Side Star - Big Lemoi
Star - 3 Step
Straddle Bat - Ninja Star
Drop - Pashi Machine
Back Bird - Trapdoor Machine
Reverse Throne - Monkeyfrog
T-Bird - T-Bird Machine
Reverse Star - Croc Machine

So please enjoy the video and if you want to you can challenge yourself to do a similar one. You don't have to do 10 washing machines. Maybe start with 5 or so. Have fun. :)
