*Are mods patched on live servers still? - Yes but you can still use mods on private server that does not affect live servers. Private server does not mean custom game in live servers. It is NOT in any way harmful to live servers. This way I can respect BHVR's decision and not use cosmetic mods in live servers.
Are custom perk icons bannable? - As far as I know, no one has been banned for using them in live servers. I know people who are dbd partners and twitch shirt users who have them.
