If you like simple and efficient it is! Actually tests out as a really matured design. Viper is making their move into the American made quality market and this is a great contender in the small to mediums class 7-15k$ range.

Plastics, motors, chassis, harness all show decent overall quality I would expect 1-3000 hours of use with basic maintenance depending on environmen. Easy service access to all components is a huge win.

Has med high quality suction and good water lift which has been a struggle for viper Over the years. Very low power consumption on the pad drivers with moderate (maintenance cleaning down pressure, not going to push into very rough surfaces)

Easy to use pedal and handle lifts for the brush deck and squeegee instead of actuators which eliminates costly control boards and actuators which are another aggravation on some older Chinese products

Would recommend this for people with relatively smooth floors, narrow access mop room or doorways to drive through, moderate travel speed expectations
