Despite this initial disappointment, I decided to give the new establishment a chance. I was curious to see how they would measure up to the old favorite that I knew so well. But as I bit into the ribs and savored the sauces, I couldn't shake the feeling that something just wasn't right. Even though it's hard to move on from something we once loved so much, there's always the excitement of discovering something new. Who knows - maybe I'll find a new BBQ joint that will surpass even my old favorite. But for now, I'll just be reminiscing about those old, delicious dishes served up by the original Scruby's crew.
