The Son of Sam: David Berkowitz | The Serial Killer Profile

David Berkowitz is also known as "Son of Sam" or "The .44 Caliber Killer." He was an American serial killer who terrorized New York City during the summer of 1976 to 1977. Berkowitz murdered six people and wounded seven others with a .44 caliber revolver. He was eventually apprehended and sentenced to multiple life terms in prison.
