Chicken Giggle Casserole - Subscriber Sunday #23 - A Complete Meal in One Dish !

Giggle Chicken Casserole

1 whole chicken (cooked, deboned, cut into pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 to 6 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, chopped
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 (12 oz.) bag Nacho flavored Doritos chips, crushed
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix together in a large bowl the chicken soup, mushroom soup, chopped mushrooms, diced pimentos, chopped onion, black pepper, chili powder, and chicken broth.

Stir chicken into the mixture.

Add the crushed Dorito chips to the mixture and blend well.

Put in a 9 x 13” casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with the grated cheddar cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and a little brown around the edges. There is no need to cover the dish while it is baking.
