How to Cancel Norton Automatic Renewal 2024

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Cancel Automatic Renewal of Norton 360. There were some changes made in 2024, so I created this updated tutorial. I’ve been using Norton security products for many years, but I always get Norton at a discounted price.

The auto-renewal price that you get from Norton Lifelock is almost always much higher than what you get at retailers like Amazon. You can check the links below to buy Norton 360 at a discounted price.

Last year, Norton made it mandatory to sign up for the auto-renewal and that infuriated many customers. This time, they removed the mandatory auto-renewal option. However, if you have signed up and want to cancel auto-renewal, please follows these steps:

(1) log into your Norton LifeLock account; (2) go to the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS tab; (3) click on this MANAGE RENEWAL link; (4) click this drop-down box and choose a reason for cancellation; (5) click on NO THANKS CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION; (6) and finally, click on this NEXT button.
