My list:
#10: Hymn to Tourach. I am not convinced this would break the format. Especially with tempo and big mana control currently dominating pauper.
#9: Goblin Grenade. Sorcery speed, tribal specific. Fair.
#8: Tormod's Crypt. This card has caused so many headaches for me as a TO because paper players assume it is legal.
#7: Rending Volley. Hits both the Mnemonic Wall and Delver Ninja menaces. Also hits Big Flagbearers, Palace Sentinels and Skyfishers.
#6: Sin Collector: Lets face it, we need more hate cards against ghostly flicker.
#5: Ghost Quarter: Lets face it, we need more hate cards against Tron.
#4: Crumble to dust: See Above.
#3: Zombify. One more reanimator spell plz.
#2: Serene Steward. Maybe pridemate is too much? This one is a good option.
#1: Zulaport Cutthroat. Sacrifice decks need a better win con / toy.
