In this Special ECA video, as part of my Camp Fire Chat series, I take you for a night tour of the sights of #Szeged, in Southern Hungary, the city where #BYD are building their first #European #EV passenger vehicle factory. In a future video I will cover the factories location, construction timeframes, cost and expected date for the first BYD models to roll off the new production lines.

BYD is moving it's European base to Hungary with a new research and design (R&D) facility being build in #Budapest, the countries capital, and a new EV battery manufacturing facility at Fót, just outside Budapest. I will also be doing a future video covering the construction of these two facilities so stay tuned.
