In Final Fantasy X, the Zanarkand Cloister of Trials is the sixth and final temple required to unlock the Anima aeon.

This video shows how to complete the Zanarkand Cloister of Trials and obtain the Destruction Sphere treasure. Unlike the other temples, the Destruction Sphere cannot be collected during your initial visit and instead requires returning later once you gain control of the airship.

After revisiting the Zanarkand ruins, you’ll need to solve an additional tile puzzle to access the Destruction Sphere treasure and complete the full set required for Anima. Missing this step will prevent you from unlocking Anima later in the game.
