Wig fitting and styling by The Little Princess Trust

We provide real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.

As a children’s cancer charity, our mission is to supply real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people with cancer, for the duration of their treatment.

We can also provide a single wig to children and young people who have other conditions that result in hair loss, such as alopecia. Although this is different to our support for children with cancer, we hope this one-off gesture will help families decide on their long-term plans for dealing with the condition.

Our fantastic network of recognised salons and mobile wig fitters is made up of skilled and experienced people with a positive attitude and a sensitive manner. This short film gives an insight into a a typical wig-fitting appointment with one of our lovely fitters.
