🤗What do you like to listen to? Lots of people enjoy listening to music as it relaxes them and brings joy to them
Singing to babies even before they are born is beneficial to both parent and child
Creates special bonds and improves communication skills as we store songs & music in a different part of the brain
This is why we can sing along to songs almost word for word perfect unlike repeating spoken work we find that more difficult
So sing a long to your favourite songs and learn a few new ones along the way

I have written children’s life skills songs & Rhymes for the children I Childmind for about everything they do everyday & the language they need to say to communicate some examples of what they actually need to say to us for example when potty training we need a child to say I need a wee, I need a poo, i need the potty I need the loo but adults don’t us this language themselves in front of their children very often so how is a child know what to say. Key sentences are vital for potty training and we want our children to say these things to us, but rarely do children hear adults say them out loud and this is part of the first stages of speaking is listening first as if you have never heard the words how are you going to be able to say the sentence the need to say the most.
