Chocolate Filled Donuts
Ingredients (makes 16 donuts)
Plain flour 500 grams (4 cups minus 5 tbsp)
Instant yeast 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4
Luke warm milk 1 cup
Eggs 2 at room temperature
Butter 60 grams at room temperature

Topping options:
1. Sugar
2. Cinnamon mixed sugar

Filling options:
1. I used chiconut chocolate spread (like nutella)
2. Strawberry jam
3. Creamcheese mixed with powdered sugar
4. Honey

Note: please use measuring cups and spoons to get perfect results.
