Renault Symbol I / Thalia I (LB_) Air Recycle Flap Actuator Fix

Things required:
2x 2pins PCB connector
2x Nichion 25V 1000uF capacitors
1x Songle SRD-12VDC-SL-C Relay
1x 340 Ohm or less it need to be adjusted (*)
1x PCB test cable.

This is a common Renault design fault which lead to broken gears within the air recycle flap actuator.
The broken gears I fixed by finding someone who printed them on a 3D printer then after I installed them on the actuator. The LEDs were removed in the final circuit.
Replacement part code of the actuator is Valeo 664844F-C and it was hard to find in my country.

(*) The value of the resistor work like this:
Big rezistor value (Ohm) the air flap will apply less pressure at the ends.
Small rezistor value (Ohm) the air flap will apply more pressure at the ends.

(*) The actuator broke after 10 months with 47 Ohm rezistor which I saw from the first time that it was a little bit too much. I fixed it again and replaced the rezistor with 340 Ohm one to avoid the same defect again.

The only issue that remain with the new resistor value is the air recycle flap will not close completely (probably the pastics bent over time due to heat and this stopped working for more than 6 years ago on my car) and a small hissing sound can be heared at different speeds. In city if the air flap is closed I did not feel the smell of the exhaust smoke from other cars inside my car so is fine.
