How can you score high points during group exercises and interviews? (BA Speedbird, Aer Lingus)

This applies to candidates going through the Speedbird program and the Aer Lingus cadet program. The goal of every assessment is to score as many points as possible. However, not having the right information can prevent you from reaching those goals. I have experienced this myself many times, along with my students and subscribers.
