Paul Atreides is the Best Character in Dune



Dune plays host to some truly incredible characters but, in my opinion, one stands above the others. Paul Atreides is an intriguing and complex character, his reluctant rise to power the backbone of some thought provoking storytelling. He runs the gambit as a character, worthy of both sympathy and ire. The duality present in his characterization adds additional layers to him, making him all the more interesting.
