Inner child healing often begins with a single moment of clarity — and during a deep breathwork session I finally saw something I had never truly seen before: the moment my inner child became trapped in a pattern of control.

A control pattern that started in childhood, shaped my relationships, created inner duality, and kept me away from joy, freedom, and my own voice.

In this video I share how the control trap showed up in my life, how it rooted itself in emotional patterns, and how speaking my truth became the first step of healing and reconnecting with my authentic self.
