Chocolate Espresso truffles
One 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1oz pack of instant espresso or coffee
16oz bag of semi sweet morsels
6oz almond bark
4oz unsweetened chocolate bar
(Can change the tast by changing chocolate morsels)
Cocoa powder

Melt morsels, almond bark and chocolates with condensed milk, once smooth add add espresso.

Stir and let cool until soft but not hard.

Scoop in mounds with spoon or cookie scoop

Roll into ball shaped truffles

Dip in cocoa powder
Remove excess
And you’re done!
