Acentra Health provides advanced healthcare technology and clinical services to government clients, primarily in the Medicaid sphere across 45 states and 25 federal agencies, serving 140 million vulnerable lives. Its CTO, Harish Nanda, partnered with AWS to move Acentra Health's assets and clients to the cloud, optimizing costs, enabling agility, and providing data insights. They helped Washington become the first state to move its Medicaid system to the cloud in 2019. Since then, all of Acentra Health's government clients have migrated to the cloud, collectively benefiting states nationwide. Nanda is now collaborating with AWS on leveraging generative AI to achieve better health outcomes and efficiently provide care to vulnerable beneficiaries.
