Rui fish or Rohu fish is one of the favorite fish in Bangladesh. Rui fish curry, This classical Bengali recipe is very easy to prepare, tasty, and delicious. You can cook Rui Mach differently, but potato and bitter gourd with Rui fish curry is the most popular recipe in Bangladesh come from the village food recipe.

Ingredients:
রুই মাছ (Rui Fish): 250 gm
পেয়াজ (Onion Slice): 1/4 Cup
কাঁচা মরিজ (Green Chili): 4-5 pcs
মরিজ গুঁড়া (Red Chili Powder): 1 tbsp
হলুদ গুঁড়া (Turmeric Powder): 1/2 tsp
লবন (Salt to taste): 1 tbsp
পেয়াজ, রসুন বাটা (Onion & Garlic Paste): 2 tbsp
আলু (Potato): 150 gm
করলা (Bitter Gourd): 2 pcs
টমেটো (Tomato): 1 pcs
জিরা গুড়া (Cumin powder): 1 tsp
তেল (Oil): 2 tbsp
