Is the Best BBQ in Las Vegas at The Palms Casino?

The Palms Las Vegas is home to one of the longest waits for a buffet ever in Las Vegas (three to four hours on lobster night at the AYCE Buffet), so we opted for a meat feast at Mabel's BBQ by celebrity chef Michael Symon, one of the most popular restaurants in Las Vegas since The Palms casino hotel has reopened.
