How many times can I say “lost” in a video haha. There were a lot of other factors going on that affected me but I wanted to highlight how that specific event started my “spiritual journey” I’m on now.

Time, acceptance, and showing up for myself everyday slowly healed the part I felt lost. It took a lot of consistent empathy and self compassion to feel whole again, realizing that I always was.

Don’t give up!

Remind yourself you are worth it and people will treat you how they treat themselves.
