Mpumalanga Transport Department has confirmed the death of at least
five pupils in a crash outside Middleburg.

Earlier today, a scholar transport collided with a train at a level
crossing, resulting in five deaths and 20 injuries.

Deputy Transport Minister Mkhuleko Hlengwa is expected to visit the
area on Thursday.
