Former child actor Donnie Dunagan was the voice of Bambi in the 1942 animated Disney film "Bambi," as well as appearing with Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff in "Son of Frankenstein." Among his many roles, he also acted with Basil Rathbone in the 1939 film "Tower of London." His first film was "Mother Carey's Chickens," in 1938. As an adult in his military service, his medals included the Bronze Star, and two Purple Heart medals.
