Ingredients:
For Breakfast
1/2 cup Moong dal
Soak for 2 hours
Add 1 Tomato
1-2 Green Chilies
Little Coriander
1 Onion choppings
Add 1/3 cup Water
Pressure cook for 2 Whistles
Drain cooked Tomato to the Mixer jar
Add Salt
Pulse and grind to coarse paste
Drain and add Soaked Moongdal to Mixer jar
Add 2 Green Chilies
1/2 inch Ginger
Grind to smooth paste
Add Salt
1/4 cup Onion chopping
1/4 cup Tomato chopping
Coriander chopping
Combine well
Pour the batter and spread on Hot Tawa
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp Oil
Roast both sides on medium flame
Flip and roast well
Enjoy your breakfast with 5 soaked Almonds & 1 Walnut

For Mid Morning snack
1 cup Guava
Sprinkle little salt & chili powder

Lunch
1 tbsp Oil/Ghee
Add 1/2 inch Cinnamon
1 Green Cardamom
3 Cloves
1/2 Bay leaf
3 tbsp Onion chopping
1 slit Green Chilies
Saute well and cook until light golden
Add 3-4 tbsp Frozen Peas
1/4 cup paneer cubes
1/4 cup Soaked Basmati Rice
Saute well until moisture evaporates
Sprinkle 2 pinch Garam masala
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
2 pinch Turmeric
Salt
Coriander chopping
Saute well
Add 1/2 cup Water
Cover & cook until soft
For Beetroot raita
1 tsp Oil
Add 1/3 cup Beetroot grating
Saute well and cook until raw smell leaves
Turn off the flame and cool
Add 1/2 cup Whisked Curd
Add Salt
1/8 tsp Black Salt
1/8 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 Green Chili chopping
Coriander chopping
Whisk well
Add cooked Beetroot gratings
Combine well
Serve the Lunch with Sliced Cucumber

For Evening Snack:
Add 1/2 cup Soaked Peas
Add 1.5 cups Water
Cover & cook for 4-5 whistles or until soft
Add 1/4 cup Onion chopping
1/4 cup Tomato chopping
Salt
1/8 tsp Aamchoor powder
1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Chat masala
Coriander chopping
Combine well
Enjoy 1 cup Chana Chat

For Dinner
Soak 1/4 cup Soya Granules
Add 1 tbsp Oil
sprinkle 1 pinch Cumin
Add 3-4 tbsp Onion choppings
Saute well until soft
Add 1/4 cup Tomato chopping
Salt
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Turmeric
1/8 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Cook until Tomatoes turn soft & mushy
Squeeze and add soaked Soya granules
1/4 cup Capsicum chopping
Saute well & cook until raw smell leaves
Add 1/4 cup Water and cook until soft
Sprinkle coriander chopping
Add 1/3 cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Besan
1 tbsp Sesame
Salt
1/3 cup Bottle gourd gratings(after squeezing Water)
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/8 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 pinch Ajwain
1/8 tsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Curd
Combine well without adding Water
Add 1-2 tbsp Water if needed
Rest the dough for 30 mins
Divide dough to 2-3 balls
Sprinkle flour and roll to discks
Roast Thepla on medium flame
Drizzle 1/2 tsp Oil
Flip and drizzle few drops Oil
Serve Dinner with Soya Capsicum Tomato Curry Thepla and with Carrot slices
