How to Catch a Cloud Inversion [5 Tips]

Enjoyed these tips? Buy me a coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/thebaldscram... Cloud inversions can be full-on and last for hours, even days, as you can see in my footage, or they can be wispy and short-lived, but the weather requirements for both are very similar.

In this short guide, I explain the 5 things I look for before I set off hunting for a cloud inversion:

1) Location.
2) Time of year.
3) Go early (set off before sunrise, ideally).
4) Check the weather forecast (calm with little wind, no weather fronts, cold long night, cold valley temps, high pressure).
5) Go hunting in areas with large bodies of water, ie the Lake District.
