How to say Happy New Year in Hebrew

On Rosh Hashanah (ראש השנה), the Jewish New Year, there are two main Jewish New Year greetings or Rosh Hashanah wishes that are most common:

1.) Shana Tova = Good Year
(sometimes spelled shanah tovah, chana tova, chanah tova, shanna tova, shannah tova or shanah tova)
(Spelling in Hebrew letters: שנה טובה)
Sometimes you see this as "Le shana tova" or "L'shana tova", where the "L" means "to", so it would mean "To a good year".

2.) Shana tova umetuka = Happy and Sweet Year
(Sometimes spelled shana tova umetukah)
(Spelling in Hebrew letters: שנה טובה ומתוקה)

You can listen to the video for the Israeli Hebrew pronunciation to hear how it's typically pronounced in Ivrit.
