As someone with both ADHD and ASD, I would like to share some ways that my neurodivergent traits have been really helpful as a dance student and teacher. 😊

Everything I do is through the unique lens of my neurodivergent brain, which has created some pretty cool dance experiences. 🤩

There are many ways in which being ND can make dance classes quite difficult, especially the social aspect, so I wanted to share the positives that I have experienced to give more ND people a way to enjoy and explore dance with less stress and fear. 😌

All of the tips are based on ND traits that I have, and how those traits influenced my learning as a dancer. 💃🏻
