Скачать или смотреть Focusing Lens doesn't affect Stasis weapons.

Focusing Lens is a "must use" DPS mod which can be game changing in high end content. With the help of Well of Radiance this mod can also increase the damage of your weapons. However this does not work with Reed's Regret and some other Stasis weapons.

Now that this is known, Threaded Needle will be more desirable DPS option. However Reed's Regret will still do more overall damage with the extra ammo provided by Triple Tap. TL;DR Kinetic/Stasis damage will not get the damage increase from Focusing Lens.
