In order to fully understand Desk Tracker Live, it is important to watch starting at 19:10. If you are not familiar with Desk Tracker basic, please start at the beginning. Our products are tiered, so that each system builds on the basics of the prior system, therefore, features explained in Desk Tracker basic that are inherent to the advanced systems (Plus and Live) are not re-explained in the Plus and Live portions.
