CLASS FORMAT/DESCRIPTION
BARREATHLETE: Kendra’s 30 minute interval training class that will burn loads of calories during class and even more after class. With bursts of hard-work followed by a short rest, your body will burn fat, build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and build a healthy heart.

MEET KENDRA
I am a thirty-something boy mom x3 who just wants to feel good in my own skin. As a D1- gymnast, I've been intensely active my entire life. But being a gymnast left my body beat up, and I needed to find a fitness format that was "nice" yet effective. I found barre and I'm obsessed with it (so obsessed, I started a business around it!) It's hard, it's fun, it's challenging, it's changed my entire physique, it's doable, it's total body, it works. In my spare time I like it to: wait, I'm a mother of 3, what's spare time?

barreALLEY was born after I decided to host a facebook live class for my friends for fun. People instantly connected to the low-impact, challenging-but-doable, I've-never-sweated-so-much style and loved the idea of working out alone, without fear or judgment (or wasting time commuting to a gym).
