Piano Piece: River Flows in You by Yiruma

One of Intune Music’s exceptionally talented piano students, Mark Ng, recently showcased his musical artistry with a moving performance of Yiruma’s "River Flows in You" during Be Intune with Intune Music’s Young Stars — a special showcase segment that was part of the National Library Board’s Young Musicians Festival earlier this year.

Mark is a very dedicated student under the teaching of our music instructor, Pek Si Ming 白詩敏 (‪@whitenoisemin‬ ) for the past five years. Over this time, he has grown tremendously in both technical skill and musical expression. His recent performance is a testament to his commitment, discipline, and passion for music — qualities that have been nurtured and refined through years of consistent practice and guidance.

At Intune Music, we believe in fostering not just musical ability, but also confidence and creativity in our students. Mark’s performance clearly reflected all of these values, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far he has come. His journey is a shining example of what young musicians can achieve with the right support, mentorship, and perseverance.

We look forward to seeing Mark continue to flourish as a pianist, and we are excited to witness the many musical milestones that lie ahead in his journey!
