Long stitch is so versatile! It's a great beginner friendly binding for multi-signature books. I typically use plain old long stitch to make instax photo albums, but there are many variations. I'm trying some new bindings from a series of books by Keith Smith.

The book referenced in this video is called "Non-Adhesive Binding: Books without Paste or Glue by Keith A. Smith". Spoiler alert, I used glue :)

Keith Smith's books are text heavy and could use more pictures and illustrations, but flipping through them gave me so many new techniques and ideas. They go deep into the bindings and its variations, something I crave from many books about bookbinding. I was able to find the books at my local library.

Note: for Long Stitch through Slotted Wrapper Cover, I looped around every other signature at the head and tail in the video. I was supposed to loop around EVERY signature but didn't catch this the first time around.
