Description:

Standard Goemon team Starlight Sanctuary - King of Gods run. This is a fairly standard run which might give you a good idea of what it is normally like to run Goemon for this dungeon.

Strategy:

1. Isolate an enemy on Wave 1 to stall on. A single demon is good to stall on because he has enough HP and Defense to not die unexpectedly/prematurely due to cascades.

1.a If wave 1 falls through, stall on wave 2. If wave 2 is bad for stalling as well, stall on wave 3. Rinse repeat until all skills are charged.

2.b Ogres have a good amount of HP, but no defense! If faced with an ogre and another enemy, focus the Ogre as he will be damaged by your red attacks.

2. Use Echidna to help stall.

3. Know how much damage each enemy does so you can balance your heals when it is time to proceed. A demon does about 4900 damage, so aim to have about 10.000 or 15.000 HP when your skills are almost charged. Then you can just take 2-3 hits and get right into the Goemon boost range.

3.a Devils: 3200-3300 ATK. Demons: 4900 ATK. Knights: 5280 ATK. Ogres: 13.950 ATK. Dubmythlit: 7777 ATK.

4. Save red orbs in the corners before progressing past your "stall" wave.

5. Use Gigas to create more red orbs, and more importantly, remove heart orbs from the field.

6. Use Echidna in a punch of you accidentally heal up/get a heart cascade and find yourself in a difficult situation. Heal up or kill enemies appropriately to get out of the bind.

7. On wave 8, do about three combos of three red orbs with some extra offcolor combos. This will kill the wave 8 boss. NOTE: High level Goemon teams can take a single hit from the wave 8 boss, so you can technically survive here if you healed by accident.

8. Pop Goemon skill on wave 9, instant death for the boss.

9. Pop Goemon skill, Horus skill and King Bubblie skill on wave 10. Instant death for the boss.

10. You CAN die to an unlucky heart cascade on wave 9. If you get to Zeus with more than 20% health, you are probably dead. This is just a risk we need to take for the best stamina/rank xp efficiency in the game :)
